Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery service to Baghdad and all Iraqi provinces through our approved delivery partners.

Delivery Time

Baghdad: Delivery is usually completed within 24 hours during working days.

Other Provinces: Delivery is usually completed within 48 hours during working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during official working hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Friday is closed.

Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on the customer’s location, order size, and delivery method. The final delivery cost will be confirmed before completing or dispatching the order.

Receiving the Order

Customers are kindly requested to inspect the order upon delivery and confirm that the product, quantity, and package condition are correct before accepting it.

If there is any visible damage, missing item, or incorrect product, the customer must contact our technical support team immediately before accepting the delivery or using the product.


Return & Replacement Policy

No Refund Policy

Products sold by Global Iraq Computer Technologies LLC are not refundable once received by the customer, except where required under applicable warranty terms.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is available only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by the company or the authorized warranty provider.

To request a replacement or warranty service, the customer must provide the order number or invoice, product serial number if available, a clear description of the issue, product photos or videos if requested, and the original packaging and accessories when applicable.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage depends on the product category, brand, and official warranty terms provided by the manufacturer or distributor.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation, physical damage, breakage, liquid damage, electrical issues, power surge, unstable power source, unauthorized repair or modification, missing serial number, removed labels, damaged warranty stickers, incompatibility caused by incorrect product selection, or software issues not related to hardware defects.

Monitor Warranty

Monitors are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Repair or replacement eligibility for dead pixels or panel issues is subject to the official warranty conditions and technical inspection.

Incorrect or Damaged Item

The product must be inspected in front of the delivery representative upon delivery.

If the customer receives an incorrect item or a product with visible damage caused by shipping, the customer must notify the technical support team immediately upon receiving the order and return it to the delivery representative immediately.

The product must remain unused and in its original condition until the issue is reviewed and inspected.

Important Note

Any return, replacement, or warranty request must be reviewed and approved by our technical team. Approval depends on the product condition, warranty terms, and inspection result.
